This is not just a helpline, this is a Roadside Rescue Service. This service is available to You 24 hours a day, seven days a week should Your vehicle have:

A Mechanical or Electrical Breakdown |

Where we will have dispatched to you an approved service provider to assist you. If the vehicle is unable to be mobilised we will tow it to the nearest repairer or place of safety. |

Flat Tyre |

Where we will remove the flat tyre and fit the spare onto the vehicle. |
| c) |
Out of Fuel |
|
Provision of 5 litres of fuel free of charge
- petrol or diesel. |
| d) |
Flat Battery |
|
Jump start your vehicle. |
| e) |
Locked Keys |
|
Where we will assist you in access to your vehicle where keys have accidentally been locked inside. |
You only have to advise your DriveRight Policy Number and assistance will be dispatched to you.

The Roadside Rescue is co-ordinated by specialist 24 hour provider First Assistance.
If you need roadside rescue, help or advice at any time you have the 24 hour 0800 line to call.
First Assistance are contracted to provide this service to DriveRight policy holders. First Assistance have qualified operators to help you with any emergency you may encounter anywhere in New Zealand. Their network will ensure that you have dispatched to you approved service providers who will provide roadside rescue assistance
for you.
